Aggy's Firearms Training ("we", "us") is a firearms training business run by Tony Aguilar in Madera, California. This policy explains what information we collect through aggystraining.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in a message or registration form.
- Training details you share with us: the course you are interested in, your CCW permit county and expiration date, and any needs you tell us about for class.
- Basic website data: like most websites, our site and its hosting provider may record technical information such as your browser type, pages visited and approximate location, and may use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule your training.
- To send you reminders you would reasonably expect, such as when your CCW permit is coming up for renewal.
- To send occasional updates about classes, if you have agreed to receive them.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Email and text messages
If you give us your email address or phone number and agree to hear from us, we may contact you by email or text about your training. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text message. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of booking a class.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing. We use trusted service providers to run our website, booking and messaging tools, and they process your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide training and reminders, and to meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents may have additional rights under California law. To make a request, email [email protected] or call (559) 907-0350. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
Our training and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
