Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of aggystraining.com and to booking training with Aggy's Firearms Training ("we", "us"), run by Tony Aguilar in Madera, California. By using this site or booking a class, you agree to them.
About the information on this site
We work to keep course details, prices and schedules accurate, but they can change. Range fees, class dates and availability are confirmed when you book. Nothing on this site is legal advice. CCW requirements and fees are set by your issuing agency and California law, so check with your county for the current rules.
Booking and attendance
- A place in a class is confirmed once we have agreed a date with you.
- If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the place to someone else.
- Class sizes are small. If we need to move a class, we will contact you to arrange another date.
Safety on the range
Firearms training carries inherent risk. Everyone taking part must follow the instructor's directions and all range rules at all times, and must bring the required eye and hearing protection. We may refuse or end participation for anyone who handles a firearm unsafely, or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without a refund.
Eligibility
You are responsible for being legally allowed to possess and use firearms. Completing a course does not guarantee that a permit will be issued; that decision belongs to the issuing agency.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Aggy's Firearms Training is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from training. Some classes may require you to sign a separate waiver at the range, and those terms also apply.

The text, logo and images on this site belong to Aggy's Firearms Training or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking.
Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
